In the spring of 2020, ‘De wereld van Hero Baby’ was brought into the world. An online platform where baby food brand Hero Baby not only provides expectant and new parents with information and inspiration, but also surprises and rewards them. Making smart use of the brand’s already existing rich content, the platform creates and connects important touch points through every phase of the pregnancy and early childhood. Highly relevant 1:1 communication and a fun and multi-layered savings program are the basis for a strong relationship between brand and consumer.

Long-term savings program

The common thread within the platform is a long-term savings program. The unique codes earning savings points are shared with the consumer on packaging (with the exception of infant formula), in e-mail newsletters and otherwise. 

Reward shop

Collected points can be redeemed for great discounts in a highquality reward shop, offering a diverse range of gifts from renowned brands for both parent and child.

Milestones and rewards

In addition, important milestones are celebrated with additional benefits in fun stamp promotions, with rewards ranging from a surprise box to a free sample package of toddlers’ snacks.
