As a Business Development Manager at Magneds in Tilburg, you play a pivotal role in our dynamic team! Collaborating with sales and various departments, you create visually captivating presentations that leave a lasting impression on our clients and prospects. This way, your work has a lasting impact on the customer engagement and in-store traffic of renowned (food) retailers. All while you are free to learn and develop your skills in order to grow personally as well as professionally.
Key responsibilities of a Business Development Manager
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and develop compelling client-facing sales proposals.
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments (digital, studio, software, licensing, sourcing, project management) to craft comprehensive client concept propositions.
- Utilize analytics to evaluate proposals and continuously enhance content quality.
- Create sales decks, concept proposals, case studies, concept demos and more.
- Work closely with the internal agency/studio to produce visually stunning documents that promote our company's products and services effectively.
- Put effort into your personal development by following courses and actively pursuing your career path within Magneds.
Objectives
- Deliver captivating and engaging sales stories and content that make clients and prospects say, "Wow!"
- Design and refine ideal workflows, propose software solutions, and leverage generative AI tools to enhance presentation quality.
- Become the next client engagement expert in the field of customer loyalty marketing.

YOUR PROFILE
- Eager to learn about commercial and marketing propositions, particularly in international (food) retail markets.
- An ambitious professional passionate about marketing, loyalty and sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with experience in graphics, charts, infographics, animations, and more.
- Understand the nuances of storytelling and effective concept showcasing.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Generative AI tools is advantageous.
- You speak advanced English, preferably Dutch + any other language is an advantage.
